- Warm-up from 6:00 to 6:30 AM will be in all 8 lanes of the competition long course pool.
- Once competition begins at 6:40 AM, competition will be in 6 lanes (lanes 3-8) of the competition pool.
- Lane 1 will remain open for continuous warm-up/warm-down. Lane 2 will be a buffer lane.
- The outdoor recreation pool is expected to be available for warm-up/warm-down. However, its water temperature is expected to be below 70 degrees. The indoor pools will NOT be available.
- All swimmers must bring pink or blue lane timing card if their team did not submit them with original entries
- Swimmers should report to Clerk of Course upon arrival.
- Lane assignments for each heat will be determined approximately 15 minutes prior to the time the heat starts.
- Swimmers are encouraged to report early and will be permited to swim in an earlier heat if a lane is available.
- Only 2 heats of Women's 1500 and 2 heats of Men's 1500 are expected to be swum. Accordingly, all swimmers are encouraged to report in time to be ready to swim in the fastest heat of their event.
- Only 3 heats of Women's 800 and 3 heats of Men's 800 are expected to be swum. Accordingly, the fastest 12 swimmers are encouraged to report in time to be ready to swim in the fastest heat of their event. The remaining swimmers should report in time to be ready to swim in the second fastest heat of their event.
