At the April 28, 2004 Board Meeting, it was voted to grant travel assistance to the following teams. It was paid on behalf of the 18 listed swimmers who had competed in at least one individual event at the February 2004 USA Swimming Conoco Phillip National Championships The amount paid was $325.00 per swimmer based on a maximum of $5850 that was budgeted for this meet.

Payment was not made on behalf of one swimmer who did not satisfy the meet participation requirements. The Board considered the appeal filed on their behalf and concluded since they swam non-PVS meets during the relevant time frame, they could have satisfied the participation requirements had they chosen to swim instead within PVS's boundaries.
