The Board by electronic vote initiated on January 15, 2008,  was asked to vote on a motion made by the General Chair, Greg York, and seconded by Art Davis, Administrative Chair, to authorize PVS to fund up to $2000 for the cost of repairs to the electronic scoreboard at Fairfax County Park Authority's Oak Marr Recreation Center.  In exchange for providing this funding, PVS will be granted one full page ad in both the Virginia Northern Region and Virginia AAA State meet sheets at no cost.

The motion was approved.
