Draft Proposals to Amend the PVS By-Laws

1, MOVED, to amend Article 4, Section 4.1.3 to change "Two (2) Athlete Representatives shall be elected" to read "Three (3) Athlete Representatives shall be selected." And, delete the last three sentences and substitute "The selection of the Athlete Representatives shall be determined in a fashion and at the time as determined by the Board of Directors."

  1. MOVED, that new language be added to Article 4, Section 4.1.2 to read "Additionally, a sufficient number of athlete members at-large shall be appointed by the General Chair with advice and consent of the Board of Directors to constitute at least 20% of the voting membership of the House of Delegates."

  2. MOVED, that Article 5, Section 5.1 be amended to add a new #8, the Officials Chair, and renumber the remaining members.

  3. MOVED, that Article 5, Section 5.2 add after "Board of Review," the phrase "plus up to three additional members proposed by the General Chair with the advice and consent of the Board of Directors."
