The Board by electronic vote initiated on April 17 PASSED the following motion.

Motion: The following individuals be appointed as at-large members of the PVS House of Delegates: John Buck, Linda Crudup, Kerry Ellett, Marie-Beth "Boots" Hall, Linda Klopfenstien, John Mc Donald, Frank Persico, Linda Raab, Bob Richardson and Don Smith.

Background: The PVS Board did not have a legal quorum at its regularly scheduled meeting on April 16. According the Board was asked to approve these appointments of at-large delegates by electronic vote.
