MOTION #1
The Board approve bids from the following clubs to host PVS sponsored meets during the 2003 LC Season.

Allow MSSC to amend its sanction request to hold the Early Bird LC Meet on May 3-4 at PGS&LC rather than on May 10-11 at Fairland.
The originally desired pool was not available on the desired weekend.
