The Board by electronic vote initiated on March 10, 2003 PASSED the following motion.

MOTION #1

Approve as Assistant PVS Eastern Zone 12/U coaches for SC Chamionships on March 27-29, 2003 the following:three coaches: Kevin Ahearn, PM; Dan Jacobs, MACH and David Kraft, RMSC.

These coaches were endorsed by the PVS coaches at an election conducted at the PVS 14/U Age Group Championship on March 6-9,2003. The Board approved having three 12/U assistant coaches at its March 3 meeting. The meet is March 27-29 and the next Board meeing is April 23 -- therefore apporoval by electornic vote is required.
