The Board by electronic vote initiated on October 11, 2004 APPROVED the payment of travel assistance to CUBU on benalf of Matt Boyle and Ed Moses.

These requests for travel assistance had not been approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting on September 29, 2004.

It was subsequently determined that request on behalf of Matt Boyle had been denied based on inaccurate information as to what was the primary club he represented at the Olympic Trials. It was CUBU.

The travel request on behalf of Ed Moses had previously been denied by a 2-3 vote on basis he had not swam for PVS for two years prior to college, thus he was not entitled to the college exemption. Subsequent to the meeting it was noted that travel assistance had been paid in for the Spring and Summer 2003 Nationals under the college exemption. No reason was identified for not doing the same in 2004.
