The Board by electronic vote initiated on October 13, 2005 APPROVED the following;.

Authorized the issuance of sanction to SDS to hold a dual meet with the Blue Wave Swim Team on Saturday, November 12 at Madeira. The meet would be a mini meet that would include 9/U events.

Special authorization was needed since the request involved issuing a sanction on the same date as the November Open was being held.

Voting in favor: Jim Garner, John Hirschmann, Don Riedlinger, Bill Stephens, Jim VanErden, Ron Whalen

Voting against: Dan Jacobs, Bill Marlin

Not Voting: Ethan Bassett, Breanne Smith, Greg York
