Assistant Swim Coach
Clark Swim Club
The Clark Swim Club, based in Arlington, VA, is seeking an assistant swim coach age group with the possibility of additional duties as a part time assistant in the Marymount University collegiate swim program. All The Clark Swim Club is a year round USA Swimming member club with approximately 115 swimmers, competing at all levels from novice mini to NCSA Jr. National qualifiers. The Marymount University team is an NCAA Division III Swim Team consisting of approximately 45 male and female athletes.
The successful candidate will:
- Passionate about the sport of swimming and have a desire to positively influence athletes.
- Good moral character, integrity, accountability, and reliability.
- Sound knowledge of competitive swimming technique.
- Have the ability to effectively engage, communicate, and motivate athletes.
- Have a 4 year college degree.
- Be a member in good standing of USA swimming and be fully certified.
- Have a significant competitive swimming background.
- Have the ability to work well with other coaches.
