Assistant Swim Coach

SNOW Swimming is seeking an Assistant Swim Coach with relevant experience. Candidates must possess CPR, First-Aid, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches certifications, or ability to obtain immediately and pass the USA Swimming background screening and Athlete Protection Training. This individual reports to the Head Site Coach and assists in implementation of the SNOW Swim Team program with primary responsibility for teaching, coaching and development of age group swimmers. Duties may include but are not limited to, organizing and coaching practices, attending meets and coaching other practices as necessary. Candidate must be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible, outgoing attitude and a passion for swimming. Compensation will be determined by experience and qualifications.
