| Eligibility: | Open to all Potomac Vally Swimming registered athletes. Athletes shall compete at the age attained on the first day of meet. |
| Rules: | Current United States Swimming rules shall govern the meet. All events are timed finals. A contestant may enter no more then three individual events per day. |
| Warm ups: | The prescribed Potomac Valley Swimming Warm-up procedures and safety policies will be followed. The meet director may determine the stucture of the warm-up, including time and lane assignments. |
| Admission: | There is no admission charge. Programs for each session will be available for $1.00 each. Working officials and coaches receive a free program. |
| Fees: | Fees for indivdual events are $3.00; relays are $6.00. Each Club is required to remit one check to cover the entry fees for the entire team. Please DO NOT SEND CASH. |
| Late Entries | Late entries are $10.00 per individual event and must be submitted no later then 30 minutes prior to the first event of each session. No new heats will be created. Late entries on a first come, first served basis. |

| Awards: | Ribbons will be awarded to first-eighth place for individual events. Ribbons for first-fourth place for relay events. Heats awards will be given to the winner of each individual heat winner. |
| Timers: |
Participating clubs are required to provide timers in proportion to their entries. The host club is required to provide one timer per lane. |
| Officials: |
Officials assigned to this meet should sign in at the recording table 10 minutes before the start of the warm-ups. Certified officials who have not been contacted should volunteer. |
| Entrees: |
The following Computer Disk entries (Hy-Tek) are required: A meet entry report by swimmer and meet entry report by event from the team Manager Program. Do no use Comlink reports. Also all entries must be submitted with a complete "Entry Cover Sheet". A signature and Phone number of a swim club official must be included with entry for validation of entries All team relays must be summited on Potomac Vally Swimming Entry Cards, and a Potomac Valley Master entry sheet or Hy-Tek Disk. Please write Comlink file name on the outside of each disk. No faxed entries will be accepted. No telephone entries will be accepted. Entries may be also submitted on PVS Master Entry sheets. Teams entering more then 10 athletes in this format will need to pay a $ 1.00 surcharge per-swimmer. |
| Warning: | Any club that enters any unregistered athletes, falsifies any entry in any way or permits an unregistered coach to represent them will be fined the sum of $100.00 . Please be careful. |
