The Board by electronic vote initiated on October 31, 2007,  was asked to vote on MSSC's request that the following modifications be approved to its previously granted sanction for the 2007 Christmas Championships meet:currently scheduled for December 1-2, 2007:
 

• Addition of a Friday afternoon timed finals session
• Change of format on both Saturday and Sunday from timed finals sessions to preliminary and final sessions.

Less than seven affirmative votes were received, therefore the request was NOT APPROVED.
