The Board by electronic vote initiated on May 23, 2006 APPROVED the following;.
RMSC was approved to be the host club for the PVS January 2007 Distance Meet at Lee District and for the PVS February 2007 Distance Meet at Fairland. Note: RMSC, as part of the proposal, requested and was granted the following: (1) a minimum hosting fee of $400 per session per meet and (2) only one course of the February Distance Meet will be hosted.
