The Board by electronic vote initiated on November 30, 2006 APPROVED the following:

Agreed to approve SDS's request that PVS Sanction fees be waived for its upcoming dual meet, Mitten Tree Mini Invitational Dual Meet, to be held on December 9, 2006, at Madeira.  Net proceeds from the meet are to be donated to Shepherd's Table, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization .
