The Board by electronic vote initiated on January 19, 2004 APPROVED a request from Virginia Swimming for the sanctioning of the Virginia Swimming Senior Championships at GMU/Fairfax on March 5-7, 2004.

A condition of issuing the sanction was that it would be open to all VSI swimmers registered with USS by FEBRUARY 20, 2004 and other invited teams (Landcaster Aquatic Club-MA, Eagle Swim Team-MD, and Columbia Aquatic Club-MD, ) No PVS registered swimmers will be invited.

At least six affirmative votes were cast.
