On November 18, 1999, three world records were set at the World Cup series held at the University of Maryland!  Numerous Potomac Valley certified officials were privileged to be on the deck to witness that extraordinary evening of swimming.  Maybe we all can't work at the World Cup, but all of us can experience and work with our minis, age groupers, senior and national level swimmers as they strive to become the next generation of world class swimmers!  Then we can all look back with justifiable pride and say "we remember them when."  For your ticket to the "best seat in the house," attend an officials clinic this January.  You'll love being able to see the action up close, and your own "world class" swimmer will love to see you being involved in their sport.  See you on the deck--you will be made most welcome!
