Catch the Spirit Camp
The camp held October 29, 2001 at Ashburn Village went very smooth. This year a parent's talk was added and although is was two hours into the camp time approximately 50% of the attendee's parents stayed for that portion of the camp. Thanks go out to PVS members from the Officials, Coach and Athlete communities whom attended the camp as volunteers to assist with the parent and athlete portion of the camp.

Volunteers
As evidenced by some staffing issues at the recent Open meets getting parent volunteers still seems to be an issue. I will be working with various PVS members over the next several months to put together a plan to enhance our parent participation at meets.
