At the September 29, 2004 Board Meeting, it was voted to grant travel assistance to the following teams. It was paid on behalf of the 11 listed swimmers who had competed in at least one individual event at the July 2004 US Trials. The amount paid was $600.00 per swimmer.

Payment was not made on behalf of three swimmer whose appeals were denied. Two did not list a PVS club as their primary affiliation at the meet. The third did not satisfy the meet participation requirements for an individual attending college.

Payment on behalf of two other individuals was subsequently approved by an electronic vote of the Board initiated on October 11, 2004.
