Statistics on the use of the PVS Swimming website (pvswim.org) are shown below. Usage continues to grow when compared with a comparable month of the prior year, but the growth in April and May relative to the prior year was more modest than it had been in March.
As previously announced, the website was transitioned to a new web hosting service. Arrangements were initiated on May 11. The primary transition from a users point of view occurred on May 31- June 1. While our intention had been to make the transition seamless from a user point of view, unfortunately the DNS registry for pvswim.org was updated to the new location prior to the time it had been completely set up and made operational. As a result, some users were not able to access for the site for up to 24 hours.
Web hosting on the new site has fully operational on the new site since June 1 and no users are reporting having problems accessing information on the new site. Approximately 7600 users have visited the site in the first 10 days it was operational.
Mail sent to various mailboxes at pvswim.org is being forwarded as before.
